Timevalve ("the App") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and how it is deleted.

Information We Collect A. Information You Provide • Apple Account Identifier (Unique ID) — Collected when you sign in with Apple for account creation, authentication, and data synchronization. • Nickname — Collected during onboarding and used as your display name within the App and its social features. B. Information Automatically Generated or Collected During Use • Friend Code — Automatically generated unique code used for adding friends. • Aquarium Customization Data — Information about placed items, fish, substrates, and other customization settings. • Inventory and Jelly Currency — Owned items and virtual currency balances. • App Usage Status — Water level, blocking status, focus statistics, and related usage information. • In-App Purchase Information — Purchased product identifiers, granted virtual currency records, and purchase timestamps. • Friend Relationships — Friend lists and friend request history. • Profile Image Index — The selected profile icon identifier. C. Information Stored Only on Your Device (Not Sent to Our Servers) • Screen Time Data — Processed locally through Apple's Screen Time APIs. • Blocked App Tokens — Managed by Apple's FamilyControls framework. The App cannot identify the actual app names. • Food Inventory — Stored locally on the device only. • Daily Remaining Time and Usage Records — Stored locally on the device.

Note: The App uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls and DeviceActivity). However, it does not collect, transmit, or store information about which specific apps a user has selected for blocking. Such information is handled locally using opaque tokens provided by Apple.

How We Use Your Information We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

1. Account Management — User identification through Sign in with Apple and data restoration across devices.
2. Core Service Functionality — Saving and synchronizing aquarium data, inventory, and virtual currency.
3. Social Features — Managing friends and displaying friend aquarium information.
4. Purchase Processing — Recording in-app purchases and granting virtual currency.
5. Advertising — Displaying advertisements through Google AdMob.

Data Retention and Deletion • Retention Period: Personal information is retained until the user deletes their account. • Deletion Process: Upon account deletion, all user data stored in Firebase, including account information, aquarium data, friend relationships, and purchase records, will be deleted without undue delay. • Purchase Information: Purchase records processed through Apple may be retained by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. • Local Device Data: Most locally stored data is removed when the App is deleted. However, due to operating system behavior, certain authentication information stored in the Keychain may remain on the device.

Sharing of Personal Information We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

1. When the user has provided prior consent.
2. When required by applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests from government authorities.

Third-Party Services The App relies on the following third-party service providers:

• Google Firebase Authentication — User authentication and account management. • Google Cloud Firestore — Data storage and synchronization for aquarium data, inventory, friend relationships, and purchase records. • Google AdMob — Advertising services and advertising identifiers (IDFA, when permitted by the user). • Apple Screen Time APIs — App blocking functionality using locally processed tokens. • Apple In-App Purchase — Processing in-app purchases and transaction information.

1. Right of Access — Request information about personal data being processed.
2. Right to Rectification and Deletion — Request correction or deletion of personal information.

4. Account Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data.

Children's Privacy The App is not intended for children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 14 has been collected, we will obtain parental consent where required or delete the information promptly.

Security Measures We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, including:

1. Restricting access to user data through Firebase Security Rules.
2. Using Sign in with Apple for secure authentication without storing passwords.
3. Protecting data in transit through HTTPS (TLS) encryption.

Advertising and Tracking • The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) may be used for ad personalization and advertising performance measurement, only with the user's consent. • In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, tracking for advertising purposes occurs only after explicit user consent. • Users may withdraw tracking permission at any time through iOS Settings >Privacy &Security >Tracking.

Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means before they take effect.

• 참고: 본 앱은 Screen Time API (FamilyControls/DeviceActivity)를 사용하지만, 사용자가 어떤 앱을 차단했는지 그 이름이나 식별 정보를 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 차단 앱 정보는 Apple이 제공하는 불투명 토큰(opaque token) 형태로 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

개인정보의 이용 목적

수집한 정보는 다음 목적으로만 이용합니다.

1. 계정 관리: Apple 로그인 기반 사용자 식별, 기기 변경 시 데이터 복원

2. 핵심 서비스 제공: 어항 꾸미기 데이터 저장·동기화, 인벤토리·재화 관리

3. 소셜 기능: 친구 추가·관리, 친구 어항 상태 조회

4. 결제 처리: 인앱 결제 내역 기록 및 재화 지급

5. 광고 게재: Google AdMob을 통한 광고 표시

개인정보의 보유 및 파기

• 보유 기간: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유합니다.

• 파기 절차: 회원 탈퇴 요청 시 Firebase에 저장된 모든 사용자 데이터(계정, 어항 데이터, 친구 관계, 결제 내역)를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

• 결제 정보: Apple을 통해 처리된 결제 기록은 Apple의 정책에 따라 별도로 보관될 수 있습니다.

-기기 내 데이터: 앱 삭제 시 대부분의 로컬 데이터는 삭제됩니다. 다만 운영체제 특성상 일부 인증 정보(Keychain)는 남아 있을 수 있습니다.

개인정보의 제3자 제공

본 앱은 원칙적으로 사용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

1. 사용자가 사전에 동의한 경우

2. 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요청이 있는 경우

개인정보 처리 위탁

4. 회원 탈퇴: 계정 삭제를 요청하면 모든 데이터를 삭제합니다.

만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 별도로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자가 확인될 경우, 법정대리인의 동의를 받거나 해당 정보를 즉시 삭제합니다.

개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

1. Firebase 보안 규칙(Firestore Security Rules)을 통해 본인 데이터에만 접근 가능하도록 제한

2. Apple Sign in을 통한 안전한 인증 (비밀번호 미저장)

광고 및 추적

• 본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재합니다.

• 광고 맞춤화 및 광고 성과 측정을 위해 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 사용될 수 있으며, 사용자의 동의가 있는 경우에만 수집됩니다.

• iOS의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 정책에 따라, 광고 목적의 추적은 사용자의 명시적 동의가 있는 경우에만 수행됩니다.

• 사용자는 iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 추적에서 언제든 추적 허용을 철회할 수 있습니다.
